Occasional Dance began as a First Wedding Dance company in 2009 after realising if you wanted to learn a first dance for your wedding most companies offered Ballroom. I wanted to create special dances for couples and groups with a fun touch.
From teaching various different couples from a wide range of backgrounds I was asked A LOT.... "is there anywhere we can just dance?", "do you know where we can take weekly classes?", "our children would also love to learn to dance act and sing". So I thought now's the time to start classes for EVERYONE.

ABOUT ME
I began Dancing, Singing & Drama at the age of 5 at my local dance school and drama group. My love for the theatre and dance was very clear to me so I continued on to gain a BTEC/HNC in Performing Arts at Barking College, I felt I still wanted more training and tuition so then went on to Masters Performing Arts College graduating with a diploma in Musical Theatre/Dance, Associate membership to the ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing), LAMDA acting qualifications.
Winning "Best Supporting Actress" at Thurrock Drama Festival and Winner of Derek Hartley's Tap Awards 2000.
